Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your consultation slot by sending a notification at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Client Cancellation: If a scheduled booking is cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Digital Reports and Kundli Orders

Because astrological calculations and custom digital charts require specialized calculation time and manual preparation by the astrologer, completed digital deliveries are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Technical Interruptions

In the rare event that a consultation cannot take place due to an astrologer emergency or technical network failure on our end, the client is entitled to choose between immediate complimentary rescheduling or a 100% full refund.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source account (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
