2. Payments & Pricing

All payments for consultation sessions and digital reports are processed securely through our direct UPI payment gateway (UPI ID: 9681258853@ybl). Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable service structuring. Orders are processed only after successful payment verification via the platform.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of Vedic astrological calculations, manual chart generation, and customized Vastu reports:

  • Once an order or consultation slot is confirmed and processing begins, cancellation is generally not permitted.
  • Refunds are solely evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Acharya Abhijit Das in the event of technical failure or duplicate payments. Approved refunds are credited back via the original payment route within 5-7 business days.

4. User Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All birth details (Date of Birth, Time, Place) and contact credentials submitted during login or booking are used exclusively for generating your astrological reports or scheduling chamber/online appointments with Acharya Abhijit Das. We do not share your personal data with any third parties.
